past few days I had little time to update the blog due to family commitments and above all working.
Despite everything I managed to keep faith at the table and acnhe today at lunch I was able to syrup sitting fairly tough.
The feelings were not the best yet with the long legs + gym on Tuesday. In fact, after the usual warming
+ drills I triggered a sequence of fast 2 km, 2 km 2 km and average speed.
The first 2 km were not particularly easy then as usual my mother that I continue in training and undo things went better with a closed last km in 4'22.
Even as I wrote the Caliph, the average was good but the distribution horrible.
After a mile I came to transfer up to be repeated 10 times. The legs were going up proceedings and keeping more or less the same speed in repeated. The only flaw is a calf strain last repeated.
I slipped in the shower anyway so happy to have completed a workout that gives me confidence for my return to racing next week with the final stage of the Brianza Cross Country Championships.
