Vancouverdinnercruise

A flash in the ... Two beautiful fog

morning fog in the park was so fast that I was reminded of the early 80's song of the Secret Service "A flash in the night".
But back to the present day: a quiet session yesterday with 8 km of beautiful legs loose to prepare for the session "monster" of today.
centuries were not repeated corevo and today I could "try out" different distances and speeds, because the Caliph provided 4x1000 +2 x500 +2 x200.
After a good warm-up drills with 3 and began the first extensions 1000.
planned to run it astonished at 4'15 but as usual the move to 200 was much happier where passing in 48 '. tried to control myself a little' for fear of breaking out and then repeated in the future and 4'21 shut well enough in a little 'too slow.
Recovered 2' running slow and out for the second closed 4'13 and 4'11 in the third. The fourth was a hair slower in 4'18 because of a little 'breathing problems due to cold air.
Other 2 'recovery and left for the first of 2500. I expected to run around the 2' and in fact for the first 1'58 came a quite a while for the second (for myself of course) 1'55 although a botched bit 'with the Garmin to make the split. For both the 500 and 200 steps in 44 "with a then bit 'of a slowdown in the second half. In terms of mental
passed the 2500 meters began to be sitting down.
I had made up his mind to run them under 40 "and it was recommended that the Caliph had to be fast. I left the ball well enough (though perhaps there was still room) for the first and out of a 38.56, then 2 'of recovery boarded and then closed in the last viaper 36 'and something. in both suffered over the last 30-50 meters, but I think I have plenty of room for improvement.
To get the best lunch I've shot a good dose of tiramisu "homemade" and tomorrow we return to the longish ride with a beautiful 15-km.
