Finally after over a month I returned to Montagnetta for the usual Sunday rush.
40 minutes of quiet ride with a good average 5'19 after the long break beats with a little 'high as an average of 152.
Today was also the third time I used the Nike Vomero and I must say I am impressed by the feeling of lightness and especially not compulsion. As usual I will give it a more realistic assessment after thinking over at least 150-200 km.
