A nice long
As planned the menu on Monday included 16 km of racing followed by a slow session in the gym during lunch.
also because of the beautiful non-competitive Sunday the aftermath of the country had already gone, and so at 5.30 I was looking perky in view of my race.
Everything turned for the better with the beats very low (145 will be at the end) even though the rhythms were certainly not very stretched out (5'27 / km).
As for the gym I had set a target to increase the load on the rear squats and extensions for a further 5 kg and so I did.
So now is that extensions of squat lift 35 kg for 8 reps for 3 times. Today
complete rest for now and no posthumous.
